What is "specified work" for the 88 days?

Specified work is work in an eligible industry (farming, fishing, forestry, mining, construction, or tourism/hospitality in the north) carried out in an eligible regional postcode. Completing 88 days lets you apply for a second-year Working Holiday visa.

Does my employer's address determine eligibility?

No. The work must be physically carried out in an eligible postcode. Your employer being based in an eligible area is not enough on its own.
